JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain high sanitation standards
• Ensure organized and clean storage for all food
• Handle and store food properly, rotate inventory
• Prepare food according to specifications for various meal periods and banquets
• Maintain clean storage areas and product pars
• Collaborate with management to create specials and menu variations
• Perform other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role required

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Basic sanitation and safety knowledge
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of food safety guidelines
• Flexibility to work various hours/shifts
• Ability to multi-task
• Team player

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Prolonged standing and working in a kitchen environment
• Exposure to heat, steam, and cold
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
• Manual dexterity for food prep tasks
