Position Description

As a Line Cook, you will work within a team to perform various activities, including:

• Adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines in compliance with health regulations
• Possessing strong knife skills and knowledge of food preparation
• Assisting in preparing daily menu items and specials with minimal guidance
• Following recipes, presentation standards, and maintaining high quality
• Monitoring food supplies to ensure adequate stock of ingredients
• Communicating effectively with team members regarding menu items, catering, and kitchen issues
• Cleaning and storing food properly at the end of shifts
• Assisting with catering deliveries and pickups
• Delegating tasks to prep cooks and stewards as needed
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Position Requirements
