Your commitment to cleanliness, recipe adherence, presentation, and speed is exceptional. You enjoy being busy, take pride in your work, and are willing to assist others, including running dish duty, stocking supplies, or bussing tables. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform duties in hot or cold environments. Frequent hand washing and safe use of knives and equipment are required. Effective communication with guests and team members is essential.
