We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Line Cook at Dutchy’s, you will play a crucial role in preparing high-quality dishes that delight our guests and uphold our reputation for outstanding cuisine.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with Dutchy’s recipes and standards.
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion.
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash.
• Assist with inventory and stock rotation.
• Collaborate with the rest of the kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Line Cook or Prep Cook.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary school is a plus.
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment.
