Job description

We look for people who:

  • Have experience in at least one station: Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, Wok, Saute, Grill; experience in multiple stations is a plus.
  • Are willing to grow and learn through our development programs.
  • Have at least 6 months of experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Are flexible to work nights, holidays, and weekends.
  • Exhibit exceptional knife skills.
  • Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Can read and execute recipes accurately.
  • Have a passion for making great food and delivering quality dishes.

What you will be doing:

  • Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes using different kitchen techniques and equipment.
  • Following portion sizes, cooking methods, and quality standards consistently.
  • Stocking and maintaining sufficient food levels at line stations.
  • Portioning food according to standards and recipes.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of work stations and equipment.
  • Executing proper plate presentation and garnishing.
  • Storing and rotating products properly.
  • Assisting in food prep during off-peak times.
  • Opening and closing the kitchen following checklists.
  • Adhering to hygiene and food safety regulations.
  • Participating in communication to resolve operational issues.
  • Being flexible during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
