What You'll Do:

With more than 200 dishes made fresh from scratch every day, our line cooks are passionate about fresh quality ingredients, great technique, and delicious, memorable food. They use a wide range of cooking methods and kitchen tools to make our dishes perfect. Despite the busy environment and high standards, you'll enjoy our team spirit, fun atmosphere, and positive guest feedback.

Your Background:

• Strong technique: knife skills and a range of cooking methods
• Attention to detail: knowledge of weights, measurements, and volumes
• Cleanliness and organization: knowing where everything is and keeping everything in its place
• Team player: collaboration is key to kitchen success
• Physical ability: able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and bend, reach, and twist regularly
• Experience: at least 6 months as a line cook in a full-service restaurant preferred; less experience? Consider the Prep Cook position
• Age requirement: at least 18 years old
