Job summary

LSG Sky Chefs in Phoenix, AZ is seeking enthusiastic culinary professionals for a fast-paced production kitchen. Starting pay is $23.00 per hour with overtime at $34.50 per hour. We offer meals, benefits, and growth opportunities.

You will prepare dishes from scratch across diverse cuisines, plate with precision, follow recipes and safety standards, and perform well in a high-volume environment. Minimum 1 year culinary experience required, strong knife skills essential.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree or cooking certification preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience cooking in a high-volume or institutional kitchen preferred.
• Strong knife skills and understanding of diverse cooking techniques
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for 8+ hours
• Able to lift and push 50+ lbs
• Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to shifting priorities
• Solid understanding of food safety and HACCP regulations
