Range: $18.34 - $22.12

Role Overview:

You will be preparing food the Red Robin way, which includes cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals including meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients. You will ensure guest satisfaction by adhering to safe food handling and cleanliness standards. In addition to base pay, you will also receive a free meal each shift.

• Other Compensation: Referral bonus, Employee Stock Purchase Program (after 1+ years of service, 20+ hours/week).
