Job summary

30hop, LLC in Omaha, NE is seeking line cooks to join our back-of-house team. You will prepare and cook menu items using grilling, frying, sautéing, broiling, and other methods, while following recipes and portion guidelines to ensure quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous line cook experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain a clean, organized cooking station.
• Prepare and cook menu items using grilling, frying, sautéing, and broiling methods.
• Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and food preparation standards.
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation throughout service.
• Prepare ingredients, sauces, and other items needed for service.
• Label, rotate, store, and handle food according to safety standards.
• Communicate with kitchen leadership to ensure timely orders.
• Restock ingredients and supplies during the shift.
• Complete cleaning and closing duties.
• Support other kitchen stations and prep operations as needed.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

30hop Omaha, NE is looking for Line Cooks to join our back of house team!

30hop is a full-service American restaurant and bar with locations across Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska. We're known for great food, craft beer, and a fun, welcoming atmosphere. Our teams are at the heart of what we do and help create a great experience for our Guests every day.

Pay

$15 - $22 per hour based on experience.

Schedule & Availability

• Full-time and part-time evening shifts available
• Friday through Sunday availability strongly preferred

• Complete other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Previous line cook or professional kitchen experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable, organized, and attentive to detail
• Willingness to learn and assist wherever needed
• Ability to stand and move throughout the kitchen for extended periods
• Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 40 pounds
