Qualifikationen

• Previous restaurant kitchen or cooking experience preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks during busy periods.
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and assist where needed.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the kitchen for extended periods.
• Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 40 pounds.

• Prepare ingredients, sauces, and other items needed for daily service.
• Set up and maintain a clean, organized, and stocked cooking station.
• Cook menu items using grills, fryers, sauté stations, broilers, and other kitchen equipment.
• Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and food preparation standards.
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation throughout service.
• Properly label, rotate, store, and handle food according to food safety standards.
• Communicate with kitchen leadership and teammates to ensure timely and accurate orders.
• Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift.
• Complete assigned cleaning, stocking, and opening or closing duties.
• Assist with prep work and other kitchen stations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

If you enjoy preparing great food, working in a busy restaurant kitchen, and collaborating with teammates, we'd love to hear from you. Our Cooks prepare menu items, maintain organized workstations, and help deliver consistent, quality food to our Guests throughout service.

30hop is a full-service American restaurant and bar with locations across Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska. We're known for great food, craft beer, and a fun, welcoming atmosphere. Our teams are at the heart of what we do and help create a great experience for our Guests every day.

Pay

$15-$22 per hour, based on experience.
