Job summary

The Twelve Thirty Club is hiring a Line Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment in the United States. You will prepare food from scratch, cook a range of meats and vegetables, and ensure quality and consistency by following the recipes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food from scratch by following recipes to produce consistent results.
• Cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other items using broiler and kitchen equipment.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards. Work clean.
• Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment.
• Availability to work weekends and some holidays.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant.

What you’ll do:

Someone who loves cooking! You are passionate about cooking, are consistent and have an eye for the important details. You can keep up in a fast-paced environment, and you have prior experience to prove it. Speaking and understanding English is a must.
