Responsibilities

• Assisting with opening and closing duties, restocking the bar with garnishes, straws, and napkins; ensuring bartenders have clean towels and glassware.
• Ensuring bar is well-stocked with ice, liquor, wine, and beer.
• Checking taps and appliances to confirm proper operation; changing kegs if needed.
• Keeping the bar clean by wiping surfaces, sweeping, mopping, and removing soiled glassware.
• Maintain records and report usage to assist in reordering and proper storage.

What you'll do:

A rock star with an eye for detail, you are someone who really sets the pace with your service. If you have prior experience in a restaurant that's great, but a stellar personality and the ability to work as a team member are even more important. English communication skills are a must. You are comfortable standing for long periods of time and can lift to 40 pounds. You have availability to work weekends and some holidays.

• Assisting with opening and closing duties, such as restocking the bar with garnishes, straws, and napkins, ensuring that Bartenders have clean towels, glassware, etc.


• Ensuring bar is well-stocked with ice, liquor, wine, and beer.


• Checking taps and appliances to confirm that they are working properly, making minor repairs, or changing out kegs, if needed.


• Keeping the bar clean by wiping down surfaces, sweeping and mopping, removing soiled glassware, scrubbing coolers and storage areas, and emptying trash receptacles.


• Maintain records and report levels of usage to assist in the reordering process and ensuring that delivered items are stored properly.
