Job summary

The Twelve Thirty Club is hiring a Dishwasher to support our elevated Honky Tonk dining experience in Nashville. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen and are available to work weekends and some holidays. Compensation is up to $25 per hour plus benefits.

You’ll operate the dish machine, keep areas clean, assist in maintaining sanitation, and handle tableware with care. The employer emphasizes equal opportunity employment and US work eligibility.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant dishwashing experience is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Load, run, and unload the dish machine. Always maintain adequate levels of clean tableware.
• Keep the dish machine clean and ensure the wash cycle is sanitary and effective.
• Keep the dish room clean and organized, mop kitchen floors and dining room hallways, monitor sanitation Buckets and production areas.
• Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss.
• Follow proper hygiene and food safety measures.

What you’ll do:

Consistently awesome, you have an eye for the important details. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. If you have prior experience in a restaurant that’s great, but a stellar personality and the ability to work as a team member are even more important. You should be able to communicate effectively, be comfortable standing for long periods of time, and can lift up to 50 pounds. You are available to work weekends and some holidays.
