Job summary

The Hilton Mystic in Mystic, CT is seeking a line cook to join its culinary team.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years grill/sauté experience, HS diploma or equivalent (culinary degree preferred), and a solid understanding of menu items and cooking methods.

You will set up stations, prep food, execute dishes with high volume in mind, and ensure safety and sanitation standards are met.

• With the help of kitchen staff, proper execution of menu items
• Ensure that all food is made in a timely fashion and always in high quality
• Certify that all nutrition and sanitation regulations are maintained
