Tag's Hometown Bar & Grill is currently seeking skilled and motivated Line Cooks to join our dynamic kitchen team!

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Ensure that food is cooked consistently and meets presentation standards
• Collaborate with kitchen team members to coordinate timing of food orders
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including equipment, surfaces, and storage areas
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation to minimize waste
• Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination
• Support the kitchen team in various tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations

Skills

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role in a restaurant or sports bar environment preferred
