• Proven experience as a line cook; prefer grill/flattop, fryers, pizza prep, sandwich assembly.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and safety procedures.
