Job summary

Food Fight Restaurant Group is seeking a Line Cook in Madison, WI to prepare food to the chef's specifications and support line cooks on a busy kitchen line. You will chop vegetables, help with butchering, and create sauces as directed by the kitchen team.

The ideal candidate has professional kitchen experience on a hot line, grill, and in a full-service restaurant, with solid knowledge of cooking methods and kitchen equipment.

Qualifications

• Professional kitchen experience, including hot line and grill, is required.
• Experience in a full-service restaurant is preferred.
• Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food for service according to chef’s specifications (e.g., chopping vegetables, butchering meat, sauces).
• Assist with menu items in cooperation with kitchen staff.
