Job summary

The Line Cook position at Food Fight Restaurant Group prepares food to the exact Chef's specifications and supports service by chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and making sauces in a fast-paced kitchen.

You will work with the kitchen team to ensure quality, assist with mise en place, and help with station setup and cleaning as needed, contributing to a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Professional kitchen experience, including working a hot line and grill.
• Experience in a full service restaurant is desired.
• Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment.
• Flexible schedule and task-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• The Line Cook prepares food to the exact Chef's specifications and assists with menu items in cooperation with the kitchen staff.
• Chop vegetables, butcher meat, and prepare sauces for service and ensure quality and consistency.
• Work with the team to support service, mise en place, station setup, and cleaning as needed.

About Position:

The Line Cook prepares food to the exact Chef's specifications. The Line cook position is responsible for preparing food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces). The Line Cook assists with menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
