Are you passionate about creating delicious dishes in a picturesque forest setting? Join our team at Highlands Ranch Resort as a Line Cook and bring your culinary skills to life in our rustic chic lodge and restaurant.

As a Line Cook at Highlands Ranch Resort, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, from breakfast to dinner. Your expertise in broiling, sautéing, and pasta dishes will shine as you contribute to our menu planning and plate presentation.

In addition to showcasing your knife skills and mastery of seafood and sauce making, you will also play a key role in kitchen management, ensuring food quality and portion control are maintained at all times. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a la carte orders with precision will be essential to your success.

At Highlands Ranch Resort, we pride ourselves on scratch cooking and dessert making, so your experience in batch cooking and fryer operations will be highly valued. Back of house duties, such as food cost management and soup making, will round out your responsibilities as a Line Cook.
