Job summary

The Winchester in Grand Rapids is seeking a dedicated team member for a full-time kitchen/food service role. Starting pay is $18 per hour, with increases every 90 days up to $20 per hour during the first year of employment. Benefits include PTO, insurance, and employee discounts at all locations.

AM and PM shifts are available, and there is potential for cross-training pay raises. Join a team that values pride in plate presentation, adherence to quality standards, and strong food safety

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is advantageous, willingness to learn and drive to excel.

Responsibilities

• Handling high volume in a full service restaurant
• Showcasing pride and ownership over an instagram worthy plate
• Efficient in portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen standards
• Stocking and product management including waste control
• Keeping things clean and organized
• Following all food safety standards and procedures
