Job summary

The Brass Tap Inc. in Gilbert, AZ is seeking kitchen team members for full-time or part-time roles. You’ll prep, cook, and plate our chef-inspired menu while keeping food consistent, your station clean, and service moving.

Move with purpose, care about quality, and have teammates’ backs. You’ll follow recipes and safety guidelines, operate grills, fryers, ovens, and other equipment, and contribute to a fast-paced, team-driven kitchen.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Availability for weekend and holiday shifts.
• Ability to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, and specification charts in English.
• Ability to safely operate grills, fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment.
• Ability to stand and bend throughout your shift and lift up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to work around hot equipment in a fast-paced kitchen.
• A positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and pride in doing the job right.

Responsibilities
