The Brass Tap is seeking kitchen team members who take pride in every plate. You'll prep, cook, and plate our chef-inspired menu while maintaining a clean station and adhering to food safety regulations.

Apart from kitchen duties, we value a positive attitude and a dependable work ethic. The ideal candidates must be available for weekends and holidays and be able to handle kitchen equipment while working in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Must be 18 or older.
• Availability for weekend and holiday shifts.
• Ability to read tickets and recipes in English.
• Ability to safely operate kitchen equipment.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 60 pounds.

What You’ll Do

• Prep, cook, and plate every dish according to our recipes and presentation standards.
• Follow food safety guidelines for cooking, cooling, and storage.
• Keep your station and equipment clean, organized, and ready for service.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
• Stay on top of your duties without constant supervision.
• Work with your team to deliver food you’re proud to serve.

What You’ll Bring

• Must be 18 or older.
• Availability for weekend and holiday shifts.
• Ability to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, and specification charts in English.
• Ability to safely operate grills, fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment.
• Ability to stand and bend throughout your shift and lift up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to work around hot equipment in a fast-paced kitchen.
• A positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and pride in doing the job right.
