Job summary

Smoky Mountain Smash Burger team in Gatlinburg Skypark is hiring a Line Cook for the morning shift. You will prepare burgers, sides, and other items to recipe standards in a fast-paced setting.

You will work with kitchen and FOH, maintain safety, manage inventory, and ensure quality. Prior cook experience preferred; strong culinary skills and teamwork are essential.
