Job description

Job Title: Line Cook

The duties of a line cook include:

1. Maintaining food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils.
2. Managing sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
3. Reading food orders and/or receiving verbal instructions required and preparing orders quickly and accurately.
4. Cleaning and restocking the station at the beginning and end of each shift, and preparing additional items as necessary.
5. Ensuring prepared food meets quality and quantity requirements.
6. Protecting the establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.
7. Performing other duties as requested by management.
