Job summary

Gary Rack's Farmhouse Kitchen is hiring line cooks in a growing, full-service concept in South Florida. You’ll be working in a polished casual dining environment focused on seasonally inspired dishes and exemplary guest service. We welcome real people making real food in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experience as a line cook in a kitchen with high volume service.
• Back of house cooking experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow recipes and prep lists with consistency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to order with speed and accuracy.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization throughout service.
• Assist in mise en place and prep for upcoming shifts.
