Qualifications

• Back of house cooking experience in a high volume restaurant.
• Experience as a cook, chef, saute cook or grill cook in a high-volume setting.
• Strong work ethic and teamwork in busy kitchen environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Maintain quality, consistency and presentation of dishes.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards in a hotline kitchen.
