Qualifications:

Daily Responsibilities Include the Following:

Organizational skills:

• Able to plan your prep time in order to achieve maximum productivity.
• Keeping the station stocked for service with all mise en place labeled and dated.
• Tasting ingredients daily to ensure freshness.

Cleanliness:

• Keeping your workstation clean at all times, as well as do routine deep cleaning throughout the kitchen.

Efficient:

• Understanding the details are what makes the product.
