About the Role:

The Line Cook plays a critical role in the kitchen by preparing and cooking food items according to established recipes and quality standards. This position ensures that all dishes leaving the kitchen meet the restaurant's expectations for taste, presentation, and timeliness. The Line Cook works closely with other kitchen staff to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace, contributing to a smooth service flow. Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are essential, as the role involves managing multiple orders simultaneously during busy periods. Ultimately, the Line Cook helps create a positive dining experience for guests by delivering consistently high-quality meals.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
