Position Summary: This role involves maintaining food production and quality control across various kitchen stations, ensuring dishes meet standards in a timely and consistent manner. Responsibilities include food preparation, plating, presentation, safety, sanitation, and maintenance of a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED; hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• State Food Handlers certification required or ability to obtain one.
