Kitchen Efficiency & Team Collaboration:
- Work with the culinary team in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment, contributing to an organized and disciplined kitchen culture.
- Maintain a clean and efficient station, adhering to the highest food safety and sanitation standards.
- Attend pre-shift meetings and contribute to discussions on plating, techniques, and operational improvements.

- A positive, team-first attitude, with the ability to take feedback and refine execution.
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, where the best energy and creativity happen.
