Line Cooks are an essential part of our restaurant. Our commitment to Fresh, Authentic and Bold (FAB) flavors starts with our cooks following the recipes and preparation standards for all menu items. Quality and consistent dining experiences build customer loyalty, which depends on reliable team members enthusiastic about FAB!

All applicants must possess basic culinary skills, knowledge of food safety and sanitation, and the ability to read tickets and communicate effectively with team members. Must be able to stand for long periods.

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in the restaurant cooking field (preferred)
  • Responsible for following protocols for the flow of foods
  • Prepare dishes according to company standards and guidelines in a timely manner
  • Uphold sanitation and safety standards
  • Follow opening and closing procedures
  • Complete daily side work
  • Clean and sanitize food production areas before and after shifts
  • Reliable transportation
