Job description

Job Description: We are hiring experienced Line Cooks. Pay depends on experience. Candidates should have strong prep and line experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a high-volume kitchen. Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and cook menu items in a timely manner.
  2. Perform station functions on flattop, grill, and pantry.
  3. Maintain station and kitchen cleanliness throughout the shift.
  4. Identify and communicate potential issues with team members and management.
  5. Comply with health and safety regulations, internal policies, and complete required training.
