Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of project management experience in the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Healthcare Industry with LIMS implementation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Power BI, Project, Visio, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, testing, deployment, and go-live of the new LIMS application.
• Develop a comprehensive project plan, milestones, and track progress across cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with vendor project management team to align tasks and resources with objectives.
• Ensure the project conforms to functional, budgetary, regulatory, and timeline goals.
• Provide risk management and mitigation strategies for project roadblocks.
• Prepare and present regular project progress reports to stakeholders.
