Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of project management experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Healthcare industries with LIMS implementation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Power BI, Project, Visio and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, testing, deployment, and go-live of the new LIMS application.
• Develop a comprehensive project plan with milestones and track progress across cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with vendor PM to align tasks and resources with objectives.
• Ensure alignment with budget, regulatory, and timeline goals.
• Provide risk management and mitigation strategies for roadblocks.
• Prepare and present regular project progress reports to stakeholders.
