Job summary

A leading staffing firm is seeking a seasoned professional for a key role in implementing new Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) in Michigan. Responsibilities include analyzing lab workflows, translating requirements, and supporting system enhancements. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and over 8 years of experience in requirements documentation, process mapping, and working with LIMS platforms. This is a contract position requiring strong stakeholder management skills and an understanding of integrations and data analysis tools.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in requirements elicitation and documentation (BRDs, FRDs, user stories).
• 8+ years of experience in process mapping (BPMN, flowcharts).
• 8+ years in gap analysis and solution design.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from lab stakeholders.
• Translate laboratory workflows into system requirements and user stories.
• Conduct gap analysis between current processes and system capabilities.
• Support implementation, configuration, and enhancement of LIMS and related systems.
