Job summary

Kelly Science & Clinical is seeking an experienced LIMS Project Management Consultant to support the implementation of a global Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) for a leading biopharma customer. This 6-month engagement offers flexible ~20 hours per week and onsite work in the Houston metro area, with US and European teams.

You will drive delivery, coordinate stakeholders across IT, validation, and business teams, manage risks, and ensure timely deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of project management experience on complex IT projects.
• Experience managing enterprise software implementations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Experience with global cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of the LIMS implementation project.
• Coordinate activities across business, IT, development and validation teams.
• Drive project planning, tracking, and status reporting.
• Facilitate project meetings and steering discussions.
• Manage risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies.
• Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and governance materials.
• Support stakeholder communication across US and European teams.
• Assist with change management, deployment planning, and readiness activities.
