Job summary

Morph Enterprise in Hillsboro, Oregon seeks an experienced Program Manager to support a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) replacement. This role combines project leadership with change management, communication, and vendor coordination.

You will help manage schedules, risks, and resources while coordinating User Acceptance testing and biweekly status reporting. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management, PMP certification, and experience in laboratory or clinical care

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in complex IT projects.
• Experience in laboratory or clinical care settings is a plus.
• PMI/PMBOK methodologies knowledge and PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple complex project schedules for LIMS replacement.
• Maintain timelines, milestones, and critical paths; monitor risks and issues.
• Prepare biweekly status reports documenting activities and decisions.
• Facilitate communications with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Support organizational change management and user acceptance testing efforts.
