Job summary

Centstone is seeking an experienced Program Manager for a long-term hybrid contract to support the Oregon State Public Health Laboratory's LIMS implementation. This role will lead project planning, change management, communications, vendor coordination, user acceptance testing, decision tracking, status reporting, and project delivery activities.

Candidates should have PMP certification and 10+ years in program management, preferably in laboratory, public health, government, or LIMS projects,

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are required.
• Experience with remote collaboration and documentation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, timelines, milestones, critical paths, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Support organizational change management, communications, and team coordination.
• Coordinate with laboratory, technical, vendors, and stakeholders to support project execution.
• Support User Acceptance Testing, resource planning, vendor feedback, and decision-log maintenance.
• Prepare project status reports, capacity reports, and management documentation.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager for a long-term hybrid contract opportunity supporting the Oregon State Public Health Laboratory with a Laboratory Information Management System implementation. This role will support project planning, organizational change management, communications, vendor coordination, user acceptance testing, decision tracking, status reporting, and project delivery activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, timelines, milestones, critical paths, risks, issues, and project deliverables


• Support organizational change management, internal and external communications, and team coordination


• Coordinate with laboratory teams, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to support project execution


• Support User Acceptance Testing efforts, resource planning, vendor feedback, and decision log maintenance


• Prepare project status reports, capacity reports, project planning updates, and management documentation

Requirements

• Project Management Professional Certification Required


• Project management experience required, preferably in a laboratory, clinical care, public health, or government setting


• Prior state government experience required


• Strong Office 365, documentation, communication, stakeholder management, and remote collaboration skills required


• Must be authorized to work in the United States and available for hybrid work with onsite onboarding in Hillsboro, Oregon
