Job summary

Eitacies Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support the implementation of a new Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) onsite in Hillsboro, Oregon.

The role focuses on organizational change management, communications, team coordination, and vendor coordination within a multi-year project. The ideal candidate will have PMP certification, state government experience, and strong project management and communication skills to drive the LIMS Replacement Project to a successful

Qualifications

• PMP certification is required.
• Prior state government experience is required.
• Strong project management experience is required.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Project manage multiple complex and detailed project schedules.
• Maintain project timelines, milestones, and critical paths.
• Monitor and control projects to assure timely completion.
• Advise on and escalate key risks and issues that impact the projects.
• Collaborate with managers to ensure resources are allocated to appropriate project tasks.
• Respond to information requests from the LIMS vendor or project team.
• Support organizational change management and User Acceptance.
• Coordinate and manage the UAT effort for the LIMS Replacement Project.
• Prepare biweekly project status reports.
• Develop resource capacity reports to identify over-allocated and under-utilized resources.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and related project deliverables.
• Perform other related IT Project Management duties, as assigned.
