Job summary

Sotera Health is seeking a Global LIMS Project Manager to lead the worldwide LIMS transformation across regions and sites. You will coordinate development, deployment, validation, and training for non-clinical laboratory operations, aligning QA, regulatory, IT, and business stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in project management, 5+ years leading enterprise software deployments, and experience in regulated medical device or pharmaceutical settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field (engineering, IT, CS, life sciences, business).
• PMP certification strongly preferred. Agile/Scrum/PRINCE2 or equivalent preferred.
• 8+ years of project or program management experience.
• 5+ years leading enterprise software implementations.
