Job summary

Eurofins Scientific is seeking a Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of the IT product “eLIMS-Clinical Diagnostic Europe” across Europe and globally. You will balance business value, technical feasibility, compliance, and cost efficiency, collaborating with IT architects, developers, deployment, operations, and quality teams.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role in an IT environment.
• Strong understanding of software and IT product lifecycles.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Business, IT, Vendors).
• Familiarity with agile and/or hybrid delivery models like Scrum, SAFe etc.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product backlog with clear, testable epics and features.
• Translate business strategy into a clear product roadmap and ensure alignment with architecture, security, and compliance.
• Plan increments with delivery teams and support sprint planning, reviews, and demos.
• Validate outcomes with stakeholders and users to drive continuous value and improvement.
