Eurofins Scientific seeks a Global Software Implementation Manager to lead ELN and LIMS programs worldwide from initiation to post-go-live. The role requires strong program leadership, governance, and cross-functional collaboration across CFR-regulated environments.

The ideal candidate will manage global teams, drive change management, and ensure effective training and SOP creation while traveling about half the time and coordinating across multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent is required.
• PMP certification is preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of leadership in software implementation (LIMS/ELN or ERP).
• 2+ years in global capacity experience.
• Experience managing people and projects.
• Software implementation leadership experience is essential.
• Background in biosciences/laboratories is important.
• Familiarity with CFR Part 11 / GMP Annex 11 in regulated environments.
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge is desirable.
• Authorized to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Lead global ELN and LIMS implementation programs from initiation through post-go-live.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for teams.
• Set standards, governance, and deployment best practices.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and reporting to executives.
• Coordinate with Operations, Quality, Regulatory, and IT stakeholders.
• Oversee training strategies and SOP development.
• Drive change management and user adoption globally.
• Travel approximately 50% and coordinate across time zones.
