Atlas is seeking a skilled Scientific Business Analyst to join our client’s Research IT team in biopharma. The role focuses on LIMS within Clinical and Preclinical Sample Management, translating complex scientific and regulatory requirements into actionable IT solutions.

You will collaborate with scientists, researchers and IT pros, ensure FDA/EMA compliance, manage deliverables and milestones, and drive optimization across data handling, workflows, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with LIMS in Clinical/Preclinical Sample Management.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance related to LIMS implementations.
• Ability to translate scientific/regulatory needs into IT solutions.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with scientists, researchers, and IT to gather and document business requirements for LIMS implementations.
• Provide expert-level support for Clinical and Preclinical Sample Management and LIMS configurations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (FDA/EMA) in LIMS deployments, data integrity, security, and validation.
• Analyze processes and recommend workflow improvements for sample management and reporting.
• Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and project delivery.
• Independently manage deliverables, timelines, and documentation to meet milestones.
