Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a LIMS support specialist in Colorado to help users, troubleshoot issues, and maintain system master data, workflows, and interfaces. You will develop reports and dashboards, provide user training, and collaborate with IT to implement upgrades while ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years of LIMS experience and familiarity with LabVantage LIMS, with a related bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting LIMS or laboratory operations
• Experience with FDA/GMP/GLP/EPA regulated environments
• Experience with LabVantage LIMS or similar systems
• Knowledge of databases and SQL query development
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Experience with system validation or upgrades projects

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for LIMS users and troubleshoot system-related issues
• Configure and maintain tests, specifications, methods, templates, and other system master data
• Deliver user training and guidance on LIMS functionality and best practices
• Respond to user inquiries and resolve system-related problems
• Design, develop, and maintain LIMS reports and dashboards
• Implement and maintain laboratory instrument interfaces with LIMS
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders on upgrades, validation activities, and enhancement projects
• Improve laboratory data management, efficiency, and compliance
• Manage laboratory information and data stored within LIMS
• Generate reports and perform data analysis
• Support statistical analysis, trend interpretation, and investigations
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and regulatory compliance
