Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a LIMS support specialist in Colorado to help users, troubleshoot issues, and maintain system master data, workflows, and interfaces. The role requires 3–5 years of LIMS experience and familiarity with LabVantage LIMS, with a related bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Provide day-to-day support for LIMS users and troubleshoot system-related issues
• Configure and maintain tests, specifications, methods, templates, and other system master data
• Deliver user training and guidance on LIMS functionality and best practices
• Respond to user inquiries and resolve system-related problems
• Serve as the technical lead for laboratory process improvement initiatives
• Design, develop, and maintain LIMS reports and dashboards
• Configure system pages, workflows, and functionality enhancements
• Implement and maintain laboratory instrument interfaces with LIMS
• Support statistical quality control and trending tools
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders on upgrades, validation activities, and enhancement projects

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience supporting laboratory information systems and/or laboratory operations
• Basic system administration experience
• Knowledge of databases and SQL query development
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and customer service skills
• Experience working in a regulated environment such as FDA, GMP, GLP, EPA, or similar
• Experience with LabVantage LIMS or comparable LIMS platforms
• Experience supporting laboratory instrument integrations
• Familiarity with statistical process control and laboratory data trending tools
• Experience participating in system implementation, validation, or upgrade projects
