Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a LabVantage LIMS Support Engineer to provide technical and functional support, configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancement activities for the LabVantage LIMS system.

You will deliver L1/L2 support, troubleshoot SQL/Java/Groovy issues, configure data and workflows, support integrations, and assist in upgrades and release management. 4–7 years of LabVantage LIMS experience and a relevant degree are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in IT, Pharma, Chemistry, Biotech or related field.
• 4–7 years of LabVantage LIMS experience.
• Knowledge of lab workflows: QC, QA, Stability.
• Proficient in SQL, Java/Groovy, API/Web Services, Bartender, Talend.
• Hands-on LabVantage LIMS configuration and enhancements.
• LabVantage certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for LIMS issues.
• Troubleshoot SQL, Java, Groovy, and configuration issues.
• Configure master data, workflows, templates.
• Support integrations and validation activities.
• Assist in upgrades, patches, and release management.
