Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC in Boston, MA seeks a LabVantage Administrator to support a LabVantage LIMS environment. You will administer the system, manage users and security, and ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.

The role partners with QA, IT, and laboratory teams to troubleshoot issues, perform upgrades, validate changes, and maintain documentation and SOPs while adhering to 21 CFR Part 11 and ALCOA+ standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on LabVantage LIMS administration.
• Strong LabVantage configuration and system administration knowledge.
• Experience with user management, security roles, workflows, and permissions.
• SQL knowledge for troubleshooting and data validation.
• Knowledge of lab workflows and sample lifecycle management.
• Experience supporting production environments and incident resolution.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the LabVantage LIMS platform.
• Configure users, roles, security groups, workflows, and system settings.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot application issues.
• Provide production support and resolve incidents in a timely manner.
• Support system upgrades, patches, and release deployments.
• Manage user access, permissions, and security in compliance with organizational policies.
• Collaborate with business users, laboratory teams, QA, and IT to gather and implement system requirements.
• Perform data validation, data integrity checks, and system health monitoring.
• Create and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and administrative procedures.
• Support integrations with laboratory instruments and enterprise applications.
• Participate in testing, validation, and change management activities.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, ALCOA+, and data integrity standards where applicable.
