Job summary

Cogent Infotech Pvt. Ltd. seeks a LIMS Administrator III to act as system owner for the PHL LIMS environment, maintaining Labware/Rees or/and Neometrix and other LIMS systems.

The role requires collaboration with PHL and IT teams, testing, validation, and ongoing upgrades while ensuring CAP/CLIA compliance and secure handling of data. You will develop training, assist in reporting, and support PH LIP, ARLN, and HL7/ORU messaging efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a scientific field, plus four years of professional experience in medical laboratory processes.
• Knowledge of federal regulatory statutes governing medical laboratories is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze database and laboratory workflows and provide strategy to tune and improve the LIMS.
• Implement alterations to the existing LIMS to meet evolving business needs.
• Coordinate vendor activities and perform preventive maintenance and remediation to ensure system functionality.
• Write robust documentation and communicate LIMS issues to PHL staff.
