Job summary

Tri-Force Consulting Services, Inc. seeks an experienced LIMS Administrator to own and manage the PHL LIMS environment. This on-site role in Oklahoma City involves coordinating with PHL staff, IT, and vendors for upgrades, testing, validation, and training development.

You will troubleshoot, document resolutions per CAP/CLIA, and implement HL7 interfaces (PHLIP ORU, ARLN, ELR) and LIMS enhancements. Strong regulatory knowledge and SQL reporting are essential.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree is required, plus four (4) years of professional experience with extensive technical knowledge of medical laboratory processes and familiarity with federal regulatory statues governing medical laboratories.
• Experience as LIMS system owner and upgrade coordination with vendors (Labware/Rees/Neometrix).
• Ability to troubleshoot, document resolutions per CAP/CLIA standards and resolve LIMS issues.
• Experience implementing and maintaining HL7 messages (PHLIP HL7 ORU, ARLN, ELR).
• On-site role based in Oklahoma City with collaboration across internal teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Owns and manages the PHL LIMS system lifecycle for the Oklahoma State Department of Health.
• Collaborates with PHL staff, IT, OMES and vendors for LIMS upgrades and implementations.
• Supports testing, validation, and deployment of new LIMS applications in the PHL environment.
• Troubleshoots issues and documents resolutions per CAP/CLIA standards.
• Develops and delivers training for LIMS implementations and admin procedures.
• Develops Crystal Reports and ad hoc SQL queries for user requirements.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance and data security across LIMS processes.
