Job summary

My3Tech Inc. is seeking a LIMS Administrator III to serve as system owner for the Oklahoma State Department of Health Public Health Laboratory's LIMS.

You will partner with PHL staff and IT to support Labware/Rees and other LIMS, assist in testing, upgrades, validation, training, and reporting while ensuring CAP/CLIA standards are met. • Bachelor's degree required with four years of professional lab or LIMS experience.
• Experience with CAP/CLIA standards and regulatory guidelines is preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze lab workflows and tune LIMS to meet evolving needs.
• Coordinate LIMS upgrades, vendor activities, and internal changes.
• Write robust documentation and communicate issues clearly.
• Develop and maintain HL7 messages and data exchange.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and secure data handling.
• Provide training and assistance for LIMS implementation and grant activities.
